Island Epicurean’s Best Pick of the Week: Ristorante Pappagallo

Island Epicurean’s Best Pick of the Week: Ristorante Pappagallo

Ristorante Pappagallo has been a staple restaurant on island, and within the West Bay community, since it’s construction in 1985.

Being located on a salt water lagoon within a 14-acre bird sanctuary makes it a magical destination on its own, but to ensure that it fit in with its surroundings they used natural materials, like mahogany, Caymanite and bamboo, to construct it.

As you walk inside the sheer magnitude of the 30 foot high ceilings and detailed silver thatch roofing can be truly admired and only adds to why this restaurant is so special.  Grab a seat in their main dining room or intimate bar to indulge in a really amazing experience which goes well beyond the food itself.

Not only is Pappagallo has an incredible menu selection but a great warm welcoming service define the experience of this remarkable restaurant.

With so many satisfying options you’ll have barely any room for your fourth course, a choice between a Dessert Martini by their talented mixologist Lupo or an airy Matcha Tea Cake.

Take a look at their award-winning wine list with their sommelier to find one that complements your fine dining experience.

Ristorante Pappagallo is pick of the week because of its exquisite ambiance, fantastic service and elevated Italian menu.
