On Wednesday 22 January, the Union Grill & Bar in Camana Bay will host a special “Symphony of the Seas” five-course tasting menu.

Expose your taste buds to various sumptuous seafood experiences. 

Plus, you can add a wine flight to ensure each course is accompanied by the perfect wine.

The first course features Yellowfin Tuna tartare, ponzu, and pineapple foam, paired with ‘Excellens’ Rose, Marqués de Càceras, Spain.

The second course is Caribbean Wahoo served as a ceviche with passion fruit, accompanied by ‘Terre de Silex’, Chateau de Sancerre, Loire, France.

Followed by Alaskan Scallops with pork chistorra and apple velouté, paired with Gruner Veltliner, Loimer, Kamptal, Austria.

Lobster has been selected for the fourth course which will be served with Beurre blanc, caviar, and chive oil. The suggested wine pairing is Chablis Premier Cru, Christian Moreau, Burgundy, France.

The fifth and final course features Red Snapper in red Thai curry with gnocchi, accompanied by Gewurztraminer, Marcel Deiss, Alsace, France.

If you still have room for something sweet, then the full à la carte dessert menu is available.

The cost is CI$95 per person plus grats. The wine flight is available for CI$75.

Please be at the restaurant at 7pm. Allow at least 90 minutes to enjoy the dining experience.
