Cask

Established in August 2024, Cask Whisky Bar has become known as “The Cayman Islands’ Whisky Specialists”.

Cask boasts the largest collection of single malt Scotch in the Caribbean, with over 400 whiskies available by the glass.

Don’t worry if you don’t drink whisky, they also serve spirits, wine, champagne, Prosecco, cocktails, and beer.

The bar has a snack menu with cheese and charcuterie, salty nibbles and locally made pies.
