Milkberry

The dining experience at Milkberry is based upon “a fresh inspiration to traditional sushi”.

The appetisers menu includes spicy tuna tartare, Shishito peppers, lobster salad, Miso hummus, and ginger Edamame.

There is a selection of Nigiri and Temari sushi, and Maki rolls including vegetarian, Alaskan crab, combi, and Farm & Reef.

The desserts menu features Matcha chocolate tart, island banana spring roll and lemon grass coconut Tapioca.

Located at Hotel Indigo on Seven Mile Beach, Milkberry is open daily for lunch from 12pm – 3pm and dinner from 6pm – 10pm.
