Nourish Eatery is located at VIDA, Cayman’s newest boutique hotel, a hidden gem situated at Barkers National Park, West Bay.
Chef Maureen Cubbon and her team aim to bring together people to appreciate delicious cuisine inspired by local and regional ingredients. Guests will experience a genuine farm to fork dining experience.
Nourish Eatery is open for breakfast and lunch, the menus features an impressive selection of Cayman and Caribbean themed dishes and flavours.
For breakfast, there are multiple healthy dishes featuring organic eggs – Barkers Breakfast, Vida Breakfast Bowl, Rise & Shine Breakfast Tacos and the Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich. Or opt for a Tropical Sunrise Smoothie Bowl comprising of fruits, granola and Greek yogurt. There is the Acai Power Bowl and the Stewed Fruit Oatmeal Bowl to fuel empty stomachs for the day ahead.
For lunch, the menu includes Vida Fish Tacos, Cayman Style Local Beef Tacos, Rundown-ish (fresh catch marinated overnight). There is also the Vida Poke Bowl, Nourish Bowl, West Indies Curried Chicken Salad Sandwich, Med Orzo and Seaside Caesar. Don’t forget to ask about the daily specials.
Chef Mo is also available to create multi-course meals, family style soirees, and hands-on cooking classes.
