Pom Pom

Located at Hotel Indigo on Seven Mile Beach, Pom Pom is Cayman’s only roof top lounge and restaurant with a stunning 180 degrees vista of Seven Mile Beach.

The food menu presents hot and cold small plates to share and appetisers, including ceviche, crab causa, choripan and calabaza, and Pom Pom salad.

The main course menu features dry aged picanha (10oz), tenderloin skewers, local snapper, rib eye (12oz), chicken skewers, vegetable skewers and a delicious seafood rice.

The vegetarian menu offers a selection of crispy corn with sea salt, solterito, Yuca fries, crispy plantains, and a selection of nuts and dried fruits.

For dessert, choose from Choux de Maiz, churritos, torta de queso and cocada meringue.
