The Brasserie is Cayman’s original farm-to-table dining experience.
Their lunch and dinner menus are created daily, each dish is inspired by seasonal produce, bursting with fresh flavours, and containing nutritious wholesome ingredients.
The menus are posted online by 11am for lunch and 4pm for dinner.
There will be always be fresh catch of the day, garden-fresh produce, their famous Brasserie Grilled Cheese, home made breads and ice creams flavoured with local fruits.
Let your taste buds feast on fish caught by their very own fishing boats, taken straight to their kitchen, and grilled on hardwood coals, then served at your table.
For wine lovers, you are welcome to visit the Brasserie’s unique wine room and choose from carefully-selected fine wines from around the world.
For cocktail lovers, savour the combination of unique local ingredients with the finest Caribbean rums and artisanal spirits.
