Who doesn’t love an evening out with fine wines, delightful food and great company? You will get this and more at the March staging of Swirl at the Brasserie. This special evening is on Thursday 19 March at 5.30pm.

Italy has the most native grape varieties of any country, with over 1,000. Traditionally, Italian villages made wine just for their local communities, using grapes unique to their region. Today, you can enjoy some of the finest wines from Alto Adige, Sicily, Piedmont, and Tuscany. Each wine is carefully paired with tasty canapés prepared by Chef de Cuisine Artemio Lopez. Cost is CI$ 65 per person, plus gratuities.
