On Saturday, 24 August, the team at the Anchor & Den, invite you to their Indian Night: Dhaba Series to savour the culinary traditions of West Bengal, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.

Signature dishes including Chicken Momos, Thayir Vadai, Bengal Aloor Dom, Lamb Peppers Fry, Gulab Jamun and more, will be served from 6pm – 10pm.

The cost per person is CI$55 plus gratuites. 

On Saturday, 31 August, the chefs at the Anchor & Den will aptly take you on A Cook’s Tour: Asia. Each chef will prepare five dishes from their homelands of Thailand and Nepal. What a great opportunity to enjoy authentically crafted Asian food.

Dinner will be served from 6pm – 10pm.
