Vivo Café Restaurant Cayman  

Vivo Cayman offers a great selection of vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian meals. Its inventive plant-based menu items use fresh ingredients, including pumpkin, cauliflower, hummus, fruits, etc. It also offers vegan appetisers and main dishes, as well as burgers, wraps, and tacos. Vivo also serves desserts and has a cocktail list. 

You can find Vivo on North West Point Road in West Bay. It is open Monday, Wednesday through Friday, 11am to 9pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 9pm. 

Island Naturals Café Cayman

Island Naturals Café Cayman is a vegetarian café with a wide selection of plant-based meal items for breakfast and lunch. The restaurant offers delicious and filling salads, wraps, pastas, bowls, and soups daily. You can also indulge in freshly made smoothies, specialty coffee beverages and teas. 

Island Naturals is easy to find. Located on Earth Close off West Bay Road, the café is open Monday through Sunday from 7am to 6pm. 

The Edgy Vedge 

The Edgy Vedge is a plant-based restaurant that has meals for vegans and vegetarians. They promise delicious plant-based meals that taste great while maintaining great service. The menu has fun appetisers, salads, pizza, inventive bowls, burgers and tacos, soups and desserts. There is also a kid’s menu. 

The Camana Bay restaurant is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 9pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 9pm. 

Brussel SproutS

Brussel SproutS is a meal delivery service and you will receive healthy, homemade and fresh meals. Forget about the stress of meal preparation and cooking and allow Brussel SproutS to take care of this. There’s a monthly menu to choose from and a kid’s menu too. You can opt to get a daily lunch from the eatery and select from the daily lunch menu. 

The restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday from 7am to 3pm. 

Seven Mile Greens 

Diners at the Seven Mile Greens will enjoy soup, sandwiches and salads. The restaurant has homemade, locally produced salad dressings to go along with the freshly made salads. Several menu items are vegan and vegetarian friendly. You can build your own salads and enjoy delicious bowls as well as hot and cold sandwiches. 

The eatery is open Monday through Sunday from 8.30am to 6pm.
