Caymanite

Caymanite is the newest themed night event at Anchor & Den, occurring every Saturday from 5.30pm to 10pm. This themed night offers guests the chance to experience elevated and creatively reimagined Caymanian and Caribbean cuisine. Inspired by the Caymanite stone, the event highlights how raw ingredients are transformed into stunning dishes, paralleling the stone’s own process of refinement to become its beautiful form.

This new dining experience reimagines island favourites like conch fritters and oxtail, elevating them to something truly extraordinary.

Women’s Day Brunch

The women in our lives, they nurture, uplift, lead and love. They listen. Women do it all. This Women’s Day,  we honour women not only for what they do, but for who they are. For their resilience in the face of challenge, their ambition, their relentless compassion, and their power! Join Anchor and Den on 8 March 8th as we celebrate women. Brunch is from noon to 3pm.

It is Ci $89 plus 18% gratuity per person. There is also an option to upgrade to Moët & Chandon for KYD $125 + 18% gratuity per person.

Indian Grand Feast

Anchor and Den’s Indian Grand Feast journey begins in the historic Awadhi region of Northern India. Deeply influenced by Mughal culinary techniques and Central Asian and Middle Eastern cooking patterns, it is defined by patience, precision, and elegance. Experience refined, aromatic, balanced flavours from Galouti kebabs to Luckhnawi mutton Dum biryani. This night is not one to miss!
