Thursday 20 November: Swirl – Bordeaux Meets Tuscany at the Brasserie

Discover Bordeaux and Tuscany wines in another edition of the Brasserie’s signature Swirl wine tasting event. Sample Bordeaux’s Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, alongside Tuscany’s Sangiovese and Cabernet. Learn the secrets behind these iconic regions. Perfect for wine lovers. Thursday 4 December: Harvest Dinner – Champagne and Lobster at the Brasserie

Savour the lobster season kick-off at the Brasserie’s Harvest Dinner. Enjoy a three-course family-style meal with fresh lobster, cocktails, wine, and a welcome reception in the garden. Tickets are CI $150 per person (plus gratuities).

Thursday 18 December: Swirl – Champagne and Oysters at the Brasserie

Experience the enchantment of bubbles and brine with this Champagne tasting. Sip on four exclusive varieties, including Grand Cuvée, Blanc de Blancs, Rosé, and Vintage. Each is complemented by oysters. CI $95 per person plus gratuities.

Wednesday 24 December: Christmas Eve Dinner

Starting at 5.30pm, the magic of Christmas is at the Brasserie. Enjoy a stress-free and joyful Christmas Eve! Savour three delicious courses: Duck Liver Pâté Brûlée, Brasserie Catch Roasted Red Snapper, and Caribbean Christmas Cake with ‘Coco Bluff’ coconut eggnog ice cream and garden sorrel jam. No need to cook or clean-up! CI $82 per person (plus gratuities). You can also opt for a wine pairing for CI $48.

Wednesday 31 December: New Year’s Eve Tasting Menu

Start the New Year with a feast! Savour and celebrate with six delicious courses, from Oysters and Lobster Bisque to Seared Scallops, Salmon, and Beef. Sweeten the night with Sticky Toffee Pudding and Chocolates.

Just CI $160 plus gratuities. Add wine for CI $75 and a bubbly welcome! Let’s welcome 2026 in style!
