Sea Harvest Restaurant at Sunset House – South Sound

Sunset House on South Sound has dining options for guests and visitors both at the on-site My Bar and Sea Harvest Restaurant.  My Bar is a popular hang-out spot boasting incredible sea views with a fun relaxed environment while Sea Harvest Restaurant offers indoor and outdoor dining options with a more formal setting.

Their combined cuisine offers a selection of bar favourites, international dishes as well as a full Indian menu with appetisers, entrees and all the sides for both lunch and dinner.  All menu items can be enjoyed both at My Bar as well as in the Sea Harvest Restaurant.  A great dining experience for the whole family with kid friendly menu options guaranteeing everybody’s appetite is met!

My Bar hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 1am, Saturday 10am to midnight and Sundays 11am to midnight. (No reservations)

Blue Rock Restaurant & Bar – Health City, East End

Located on the grounds of Heath City in East End, Blue Rock Restaurant & Bar offers a modern, fun environment and is the perfect place to shoot a game of pool while enjoying a selection of fresh bar food favorites and a selection of creative cocktails.

Health City Hospital Café – East End

While not the usual setting in which you may expect to enjoy a fine dining experience, Health City Café is, without question, an exception to the rule!  

Whether you are a stay-over patient, popping in for an appointment, visiting a friend or just happen to be in the area, Health City Café boasts an incredible selection of authentic Indian cuisine combined with local and international dishes.  Their enticing menu is a result of their partnership with owner and executive Chef Shetty of the award-winning Blue Cilantro Restaurant.  

As an avid foodie, devoted to good food, I have to admit that their reputation for great Indian cuisine played a part in my decision to have my operation there a few years ago (together with their reputation for surgical excellence of course!!).

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7am through 8:30pm.
