The Brussels Sprouts meal plans consist of 20 meals valued for 30 days, combining breakfast, lunch/dinner selections that have been carefully crafted, providing a balanced, nutritious and satisfying meal.

Their vast selection of plans cover a complete range of dietary requirements from regular meal plans, keto, extra protein, weight loss, whole life challenge, pescatarian and even children’s meal plans, there is something for everyone.

Chef Anthony George – the Brussels behind the Sprouts!

Originally from Brussels in Belgium, Chef Anthony George first came to Cayman in 2012 working for the prestigious Seven, at the Ritz Carlton, after transferring from the Ritz in Amelia Island, Florida, USA.  He then went on to work for the Kimpton, heading up the team in Ave before first starting up the Brussels Sprouts delivery service in 2016 which, in turn, led to the opening of the restaurant one year later.

When asked how he came up with the concept for Brussels Sprouts, Chef Anthony shared with me that the idea came about through his passion for fitness.  While attending cross-fit training, he was asked for his advice and expertise by personal trainers, in developing a targeted dietary plan to compliment the goals they wanted to achieve in their training regime.  He has not looked back since!

Chef Anthony believes that simple menu items can often be the best. This is certainly true of one of the restaurant’s house favourites – freshly made tomato soup, prepared daily, with locally grown tomatoes for extra flavour and served with a grilled cheese sandwich.   

Brussels Sprouts also offer a selection of freshly prepared sauces available to purchase as well as their homemade granola energy bites and signature “must try” potato chip, pretzel and chocolate chip cookie.

The restaurant offers great parking for dining and pick up.  Offsite catering is available for intimate and large events.  

Opening hours: Monday – Saturday 7am-3pm. Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays. Delivery available.
