The Brasserie is hosting a unique culinary experience this month. Chefs’ Jam is where four local chefs come together to create one unforgettable evening. Enjoy a four-course dinner with each course crafted by a different chef.
The dinner will be held on Friday 27 June at the Brasserie from 6.30pm to 10pm
The chefs are Chef Thomas Tennant (Call & Cayman
Peppa Sauce), Chef Sara Mair (Smokies BBQ Smoke House), Chef Maureen Cubbon (Nourish at Vida, Bestlife Culinary & Zest), and Brasserie’s very own Chef Arte and Chef Paco.
