Cayman Cookout returns to the Ritz-Carlton on 11-15 January 2023 after a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This is the 14th staging of the culinary event led by chef Eric Ripert. 

Some of the world’s most talented chefs, culinary influencers, and wine and spirit experts will gather for the annual Cayman Cookout. The event is an interactive celebration of Cayman culinary offerings with an exciting agenda featuring world renowned chefs. 

Scheduled events for Cayman Cookout 2023 include: 

  • Legendary Bourbon Dinner featuring Master Blender, Drew Mayville and the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection on Wednesday 11 January 2023.

Venue: Blue by Eric Ripert at 6.30pm. 

  • The World of Daniel Boulud enjoyed with Mirabeau on Thursday 12 January 2023. 

Venue: Beach Pavilion North at 10am. 

  • A Taste of Little Spain in Cayman by chef José Andrés on Friday 13 January 2023. 

Venue: Beach Pavilion North at 10am.

  • Discover Cayman with chef Andrew Zimmern on Friday 13 January 2023. 

Venue:  Great Lawn at 11.30am. 

The event is a collaboration between the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman and the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism.
