Dining options vary. Lunch and dinner are served Tuesday to Friday from 11.30am to 2.30pm and 5pm to 10pm. Saturday offers a dinner menu only, while brunch can also be enjoyed on Sunday. Treat yourself to a delicious meal, a glass of wine and Grand Cayman’s best panoramic ocean view.
