The Thatch & Barrel is committed to using fresh local ingredients sourced from local farmers, fishermen and artisanal producers island wide.
The brunch, lunch and dinner menus showcase traditionally progressively local cuisine. The brunch menu includes brekkie treats like Bluff Benny, Lobster Benny, French Toast Bowl, Saltfish & Ackee, and Avocado Toast. The main dishes include Seafarers Hot Pot, Cliffside Local Catch, Braised Caribbean Short Ribs, and Caboose Coconut Rundown.
The dinner menu features small plates, flatbreads, buns & tings, salads, from the sea, from the land, a kids’ menu and, of course, delicious sweets.
The wine list presents an impressive selection of white and red wines, champagne, cava and prosecco. There are signature hand-crafted cocktails with names like Bluff Bramble, Pedro’s Old Fashion and 1780 Pain Killer.
Happy hour is daily from 4pm – 7pm.
