Wine Tasting Masterclass – Thursday 16 March 2023 at 5pm

This is an exclusive wine tasting masterclass. Join Master Sommelier Simone Ragusa on a journey through the wine regions of France and explore Champagne, Macconaise, Bourgogne, Bordeaux and Sauternes.  Each wine will be paired with canapés prepared by Chef de Cuisine, Artemio Lopez. Tickets are CI$65 plus gratuities. 

March Harvest Dinner – Friday 24 March 2023 at 6pm

Guest chefs Pano I Karatassos of Kyma and Pierpaolo Premoli of Pricci will be featured at the March Harvest Dinner. Dinner will combine the flavours of Greece and Sicily with fresh Cayman local produce.  Enjoy a farm-to-table feast under the stars with fresh local ingredients from the Brasserie Garden. Wine pairings will be selected by Master Sommelier, Simone Ragusa. You won’t want to miss the month’s Harvest Dinner at the Brasserie. Tickets are CI$150 plus gratuities.
