Two diverse restaurants in one breathtaking location, (Guy Harvey’s) Boathouse Grill and The White Whale Pub & Ale feature an ‘Upper and Lower’ deck dining experience overlooking the harbour.

Boathouse Grill and The White Whale Pub & Ale are the newest additions to the Market Street Group family, offering a combined experience of ‘upper and lower deck’ dining with an open plan, sophisticated ‘upper deck’ restaurant which opens up to an expansive balcony overlooking the magnificent waters of the George Town Harbour and trendy, contemporary, chic pub on the ‘lower deck’ with additional seating on the outdoor entrance patio.

Operations Manager, Jason Moir, showed me around the newly remodeled restaurants and introduced me to their impressive ‘crew’, Head Chef Al, Head Bartender Stuart and F&B server, Emelie, all of whom gave a friendly, professional and memorable service.

The White Whale Pub & Ale

True to its name, The White Whale Pub & Ale offers the best of Pub culture, where guests can relax and enjoy a traditional pint of Guinness or locally brewed draft beer and an enticing selection of popular pub fare with fresh seafood features.  The bar’s new design offers a cozy, contemporary take on a traditional pub, with feature exposed brick wall and expansive wooden bar combined with soft atmospheric lighting, offering the perfect environment in which to relax and socialize with friends, whether for a light lunch, after work drinks or weekend out on the town.

Enjoy the big games such as premier league football while drinking a pint and look out for updates on feature nights coming soon.

Happy Hour specials from 4-6pm with $5.00 draft beer, wine, and feature cocktails.  Enjoy free “gourmet” popcorn served with your happy hour drinks.

Guy Harvey’s Boathouse Grill

Enjoy a Yacht Club style ambience in the newly transformed Boathouse Grill with an understated elegant atmosphere in which to enjoy a casual, fine dining experience.  Although not yet open, the restaurant is ready to launch, with the return of tourism, and will be offering a tempting fusion of International and local cuisine with an emphasis on locally caught, sustainable seafood including seasonal lobster specials and freshly caught Mahi Mahi all prepared with fresh local ingredients.  A feature raw bar with a selection of seafood will also be available.
