Dining at Anchor and Den
Steak & Wine
Visit Anchor and Den for the perfect pairing on the delicious Steak & Wine night! Prepare to tantalise your taste buds and experience an unforgettable culinary journey as you savour a carefully crafted set menu featuring the finest ingredients and thoughtfully selected wines on Saturday 22 July.
Dinner is set to start at 7pm and is CI $145 per person plus gratuities.
For a re-imagined Tapas night, travel to the beautiful coastal town of Zarautz in the Basque region of Spain and be inspired by some of the region’s favorite Pintxos, Montaditos, and other local fare. You have two chances to enjoy meals inspired by Zarautz on Thursday 6 July and Thursday 17 August so don’t miss out. Your Spanish meal will begin at 6pm.
Let your senses take flight with the scent of fragrant spices, feast your eyes on the colourful decor, indulge in flavourful Arab-inspired dishes, and finish with a few puffs of shisha from hookas. Souq is on Thursday 27 July and Thursday 31 August from 6pm to 10pm for CI $55 per person plus gratuities.
Every Friday in July at Anchor and Den, you can enjoy elevated artisanal cuisine. Paired with awesome beats spun by our resident DJ, this is the best way to settle into a chill and vibey weekend from 5pm to 10pm.
Mad Tea Party
Inspired by Alice in Wonderland but with an Anchor and Den twist, this Tea Party celebrates art, literature, music, and everything delicious. Delight in exquisite tea blends, a decadent dessert display, and all the high tea classics every Saturday in July from 1.30pm to 4.30pm. The Mad Tea Party is CI $43 per person plus gratuities.
Most foodies are nomads at heart, often dreaming of faraway places, seeking culinary adventures worldwide. The Wanderlust Brunch includes bottomless bubbles and handcrafted cocktails. It is held every Sunday from noon to 3pm and is CI $85 per person, or you can upgrade to Moët & Chandon for CI $120 or opt for an alcohol-free brunch for CI $75. Children six to 12 years old dine for CI $43.
Dining at Veranda
Gather to enjoy Lobster Night every Wednesday in July at Veranda. Delight in some flavoursome dishes with lobster as the central theme and choose from two mouth-watering options while listening to live music. An a la carte dinner menu is also available. Dinner starts at 5.30pm.
The Veranda chefs will be grilling various mouth-watering meats and vegetables on the Asador, a traditional Argentinian-style grill built over an open-flame pit! Enjoy Asado Nights every Friday from 6pm to 10pm.
Simply Fish Nights
Sundays in July are Simply Fish Nights at Veranda. The chef will prepare a delicious four-course set menu of succulent seafood dishes. Listen to live entertainment and take in a unique view from 5.30pm to 10pm. An a la carte dinner menu is available.
