June 2023 is special at The Brasserie as the eatery celebrates 25 years of serving delicious food at Cricket Square. June will be a busy month at the Cayman restaurant to mark the occasion. This month at Cricket Square, you can enjoy a pop-up farmer’s market, a California wine tasting, the 25th anniversary CAB dinner and a special lunch for the Flower’s Sea Swim.

Pop-up Farmer’s Market, Tuesday 13 June Outside the Brasserie

Stop by the Brasserie for a pop-up farmer’s market where the eatery’s farm team will showcase and sell homegrown local products outside of the restaurant, including honey from the Brasserie Bees, Chateau Chook eggs and produce fresh from the Brasserie Garden. The market opens at 11.30am. 

The Best of California Wines, Thursday 15 June, The Brasserie

Master Sommelier Simone Ragusa curates an impressive Californian tasting, featuring five wines from Napa Valley, Santa Barbara, Alexander Valley, Sonoma County and Domaine Chandon, with seasonal pairings bursting with flavour from Brasserie Chef de Cuisine, Artemio Lopez. Tickets are CI $65 (plus gratuities). The wine tasting starts at 5.30pm. 

Flower’s Sea Swim Lunch, Friday 16 June, The Market 

Enjoy lunch at The Market on Sea Swim eve, for a carb-filled lunch special created to fuel all Flowers Sea Swimmers (and pasta fans). Boost your energy levels before the charity swim with whole wheat fusilli, roasted mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli, local kale, tomato and garden basil reduction and nutritional yeast. Lunch will be served from 10.30am to 4pm. 

25th Anniversary CAB Dinner, Friday 16 June, The Brasserie

Enjoy four mouthwatering courses from Executive Chef, Dean Max and Chef de Cuisine Artemio Lopez featuring Certified Angus Beef, catch from the Brasserie fishing boats and seasonal produce fresh from The Brasserie Garden, Coco Bluff Plantation and the Brasserie Bees with wine pairings selected from Master Sommelier, Simone Ragusa.
